Monaro Design boss Mike Simcoe and his team would be pleased to see how this passionate Holden owner has tastefully modified this V2 Monaro to maximise the performance without sacrificing any of the V2 Monaro's intrinsic qualities.

In the stand out colour of Flame Red with matching leather trim, this super clean CV8 V2 features the original pushrod all-American Generation III 5.7-litre V-8 modified by Sam's Performance in 2020 to deliver a dynoed 543 rwhp and 1020nm of torque at 112 kph. Sam's Performance Race Engines modified the motor adding a Harrop 2300 supercharger kit including an intercooler, lifters and upgraded injectors. An upgraded cam was fitted with an over the top radiator air intake, single plate NPC clutch, X-Force Catback 21/2" exhaust, upgraded rocker bearings and diff gears, Harrop 4 pot brakes with braided lines, lowered shocks and springs plus Yokohama Semi Slick tyres. All work is supplied with receipts with the engine upgrades completed at 65,648 Klms and the tyre and suspension works completed at 70,009 Klms. The CV8 has now covered a genuine 71, 554 Kilometres from new.

On the inside, the luscious matching Flame leather trim with contrasting colour coded dashboard is in perfect condition. All the usual creature comforts of the CV8 including Air conditioning, power steering, power windows and the factory radio and CD player with Kenwood subwoofer, amplifier and bluetooth. The CV8 comes with all owners manuals, log books and a full service history including two sets of keys.

The Monaro is riding on near new Yokohama Semi Slick 235/40R18 on the front and 245/40R18 on the rear mounted on the factory 18 x 8-inch 5-spoke alloy rims along with a Spacesaver spare in the boot and tools.

There was never any doubt that this beautifully designed Coupe would be worthy of the famous Monaro appellation. However, we think you'll agree that the modifications to this Flame Red beauty have added the required boost to performance to now make this a true Aussie muscle car and a worthy successor to the original race conquering HK 327 GTS.
