Low mileage two owner Heron White VT II Commodore Executive built in March, 2000 running the matching numbers Chevrolet LS1 Gen III 5.7-litre pushrod V8 engine and GM 4L60E 4 speed automatic gearbox with optional extras from Holden By Design. For sale from Wollongong, NSW.
Originally sold through Suttons Motors, Homebush, NSW the VT Series II Commodore was optioned from new by Holden By Design with Sports Grill, Leather Steering Wheel and VR GTS type 17x8 alloy rims. The original owner also ticked the option box for an electric sunroof, C80 diff upgrade, FE2 suspension, IDD pack including Air-conditioning, ABS, traction control and Cruise Control. The car was also spec'd with window tint, floor matts and radiator insect screen, colour coded nudge bar and IPF driving lights. The Commodore was also fitted with a Monaro style bonnet with air scoops. The Commodore has covered a genuine documented 73,616 Kilometres from new.
On the inside, there is an optional leather steering wheel with HSV badge fitted. The original owner had Peninsula Holden, Dee Why, NSW fit a matching leather gear knob and hand brake handle to the Commodore. At the same carbon fibre accents, a white instrument bezel and VX rear window spoiler were fitted. There are receipt for all accessories and modifications from new.
Mechanically, the Commodore has been enhanced with a power pack from HM Headers installed by Sandy Cortis Mufflers in Brookvale, NSW. This included the fitting of extractors, high flow catalytic converters and a 21/4" exhaust system. The Commodore is also fitted with an engine bay strut bar and custom alloy covers. Silverwater Automotive Services fitted a Gen 111 cold air induction kit and also remapped the engine with dyno slips included.
The Commodore still features the original paint which is in very good condition with nil damage or rust. The car runs and drives like it is new and never misses a beat. There are no oil leaks and the Air Conditioning and central locking work perfectly as do the manually operated windows.
The Commodore is fitted with the original radio cassette and CD player and door lights and glove box light all work.
The optional 17" alloy wheels have been painted back and are wrapped in near brand new Kumho 235/45ZR17 tyres with the correct steel spare wheel, original Bridgestone factory tyre and jack and tools in the boot.
With full NSW registration until November, 2024. This is a great entry level performance Holden that has been loved by the enthusiast owners and is a car you can drive and enjoy as it steadily appreciates in value.
