While the GT and GT-P both shared the same signature 290kW 5.4 Litre "Boss V8" under that gorgeous bonnet bulge, the GT-P came equipped from the factory with premium mechanical and interior upgrades that were optional or unavailable on the standard GT. 

All GT-Ps were fitted with high-performance Brembo brakes, utilising massive 6-piston front calipers (355mm discs) and 4-piston rear calipers (330mm discs) for exceptional stopping power. 

The interior was enhanced with high-backed, FPV-branded performance bucket seats tailored in leather and suede materials. A 6-way power-adjustable driver's seat, a prestige interior command centre, dual-zone climate controls and a dedicated FPV oil pressure/temperature dash pod gauges enhanced the GT-P's interior.

Special 19-inch five-spoke alloy wheels, unique satin alloy mesh grille inserts and an individually numbered GT-P build plate on the centre console completed the package.
