Now for sale is this stunning 1973 XA GT Falcon sedan in the stunning hero colour of Yellow Glo. Located for inspection in our Sydney Showroom.
For sale is an absolutely stunning XA GT delivered new by Lansell Motors, Benalla, Victoria. A March 1973 build and a ONE-OF-ONE in this exact combination, the GT was treated to a full restoration in 2021. The body was bare metal repainted in Yellow Glo including the engine bay and boot with all chrome and stainless steel professionally plated and polished. All trim items, glass and rubbers were either refurbished or replaced and the wiper motor, starter motor and alternator were renewed.
The matching numbers 351-cid 4V V8 was rebuilt and the GT is running a 750 DP Performance Holley carburettor, alloy Holley Dominator Performance manifold, mild cam, extractors and factory distributor believed to be making 400Hp. The GT has a reconditioned 16:1 steering box with factory power steering and the suspension and braking systems have been reconditioned. The brake system was overhauled and the GT is showing 48,520 miles.
According to the Ford Verification letter, this XA GT is one of 1,868 built, one of 1,062 with the same transmission, one of 103 with the Yellow Glo paint, one of 8 with the Parchment rim and One of One with the exact build specifications.
