With the GT Falcon now long gone, the XD Falcon range included the highly spec'd XD Fairmont Ghia which could be optioned with the Aussie manufactured 351 Cleveland 4V. For sale we have a spectacular fully restored 1979 XD Ford Fairmont Ghia in its original Lemon Lime paint colour with factory original Camel Velour trim running the all matching numbers 5.8 litre Cleveland engine and 3 speed FMX automatic gearbox.

This car presents in 10/10 condition throughout and drives as it should with a genuine barely run in 156,643 klms from new. The car was originally delivered by Anderson Ford in Adelaide Terrace, Perth and comes with the original dealer wallet, original log books, owners manual and even the original rear window dealer sticker.

The car has been repainted in 2 Pak on a rust and damage free body having been Ming Rust Proofed from day one. The interior is impressive being all day one and in exceptional condition from the seats, door cards, hood lining and carpets. All matching numbers with its stock 351 Cleveland still running the original 4 bbl Carter carby, fully serviced FMX and a mild sports dual exhaust that produces a lovely good old V8 burble.

The XD is optioned with factory working A/C (just re-gassed), power steering, power windows and radio/cassette as per the original options list plus a dealer fitted black vinyl roof. Excellent original boot carpet, original spare wheel with tools. Riding on Formula 05 alloy rims with excellent rubber 225x60x15 front and 245x15x60 rear.
